The event starts at 5:00pm and goes till 9:00pm. BROADCASTING ON ALL FREQUENCIES will be performing live out in front of Deviance from 7:00 to 9:00. There will also be a lot of other activities going on downtown too! There will be a bunch of bands playing at various shops and a lot of food vendors throughout downtown.
